the Global Youth Partnerships Solution, RSD along with Youth Advocacy council pakistan works with international and local development
partners to design and implement youth innovation programs for socio-economic development through both pakistani and OVERSEAS volunteers and peer-to-peer learning. Powerful partnerships stretch across a
continent from asia to europe and latin america, with a sector focus on research on sustainable, innovative health, social development, EMPOWERMENT, and democratic governance. Education, capacity building, gender equality and
environmental sustainability are central to EACH program.

Rural Innovation and Social Empowerment (AJK, Punjab and KP)
Focusing Adults Education, Agriculture Training and Capacity Development for Farmers, Encouraging Youth for Community Development & Rural Entrepreneurship. Providing practical, affordable tools and techniques for farmers to improve productivity, restoration and protection of their crops and animals. It also aim to improve environment of the rural areas for better and safer health. Linking farming communities with markets and business companies to reduce poverty and rural-urban migration.

Youth for Water and SanitationCapacity Building of Youth for Water, Health, Sanitation. Enabling Youth for Water Conservation, Child and Maternal Health, Sanitation and Environmental protection via School and College based WASH Clubs, Protecting Water Schemes with Public organization & NGOs, Gender sensitization for Equality and Rights.

IM CSPIM CSP is nation wide initiative of RSD and Youth Advocacy Council Pakistan to revamp the Central Superior Services of Pakistan. It aims to provide online and onsite workshop and advocacy to the Young students interested in joining the Civil Service in Pakistan. The Trainers are leading civil servants in various ministries and provide mentoring to the young students on how to apply for sucess and engage them together for Civil Services Reforms in Pakistan.
It identified the need for dedicated support to strengthen core government functions, improving civil service management and building capacity at the center of government. To deliver on these priorities, the RSD decided to establish a Youth led Flagship Program and requested joint support by the Government of Pakistan and development partners. In response, the Youth Capacity Development Program, a joint approach to capacity building in Pakistan has been developed. The program is designed to inject capacity, filling urgent, strategic capacity gaps and building the foundation for longer-term civil service reform and institutional development through coaching the young-minds by emerging Civil Servants |
